Adult Dyslexia

The Davis Program was originally developed for adults. Ron Davis discovered the underlying cause of his dyslexia and read his first book, cover to cover, at the age of 38.The underlying cause was "disorientation." His discoveries lead him to begin to research and develop programs so others could benefit. Adults were the original test group.

Often dyslexic adults have struggled for years, in school, at work, and at home. Reading The Gift of Dyslexia or talking to a Davis Facilitator finally gives them answers. They are validated that they are smart and they can learn. They begin to recognize and understand the gifts they have. They can now understand why they can do the wonderful creative things they do.
